We are urgently hiring an experiencedRotary Equipment Foreman for anoil & gas shutdown / turnaround project. The role involves supervising and coordinating allrotating equipment maintenance activities includingpumps, compressors, turbines, motors, gearboxes, and fans during shutdowns.

The foreman will plan, organize, and execute shutdown jobs in line with approved schedules and work packs, ensuring strict compliance withPTW systems, HSE standards, and quality requirements. The role requires strong manpower handling skills and close coordination with planners, supervisors, QA/QC, and safety teams to meet critical shutdown timelines.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: SAR4,500 + FAT

• Duty Hours: 12 Hours / Day, 7 Days / Week

• Employment Type: Work Visit Visa

• Project Type: Oil & Gas Shutdown / Turnaround

• Contract Duration: One Month

1. ITI / Diploma inMechanical Engineering or relevant trade

2. 5–8 years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance

3. Proven experience inshutdown or turnaround projects

4. Hands-on experience withpumps, compressors, turbines, motors, gearboxes, and fans

5. Strong knowledge ofrotating equipment maintenance and alignment practices

6. Familiarity withPTW systems, shutdown planning, and HSE requirements

7. Ability to read and interpretmechanical drawings, OEM manuals, and work packs

8. Strong leadership, manpower handling, and communication skills

9. High focus onsafety, quality, and schedule adherence
