Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer with experience inSolar PV projects, responsible for the design and execution of mounting structures, tracker systems, and mechanical installations. The role requires coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and development ofmodule mounting structures (MMS) for solar PV plants

• Engineering and optimization oftracker systems (fixed tilt / single-axis trackers)

• Supervision ofmechanical installation activities at site

• Conductstructural analysis and load calculations (wind load, dead load, etc.)

• Selection of appropriatematerials and components based on project requirements

• Ensure compliance withproject specifications, standards, and safety guidelines

• Coordinate withcivil, electrical, and project teams for smooth execution

• Support procurement team withtechnical specifications and vendor evaluation

Technical Requirements

• Experience insolar mounting structures and tracker systems

• Strong understanding of:

  • Structural design principles

  • Material selection and durability

  • Thermal expansion considerations

Knowledge ofsite installation practices and supervision

Software Skills

• SolidWorks

• AutoCAD

• PVsyst (basic knowledge preferred)

Certifications (Preferred)

• Certified Mechanical Engineer or equivalent professional certification

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and coordination abilities

• Problem-solving and analytical thinking

• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
