TheSenior Systems Analystwill lead complex, cross-functional programs that drive strategic business outcomes. In this role,you’ll partner with stakeholders across the organization to shape initiatives,optimize delivery, and ensure measurable value realization.Â

Responsibilities
Low Code Development
In alignment with business process owner needs, iteratively develop and configure custom low code business solutions while following established policies, governance model, solution structures and best practices.Â
Work with Lead Developers on architectural design requirements and standardsÂ
Participate in the creation and implementation of modular components.
Program & Project DeliveryÂ
Balance multiple projects timelines and priorities, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve targeted outcomeÂ
Gather, synthesize, and translate business requirements into actionable delivery plansÂ
Contribute to continuous improvement across program delivery processes and standardsÂ
Stakeholder Engagement & InfluenceÂ
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including leadership and governance bodiesÂ
Act as a key advisor by understanding business needs and influencing decision-makingÂ
Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and manage challenging situations effectivelyÂ
Communication & GovernanceÂ
Deliver clear, tailored communications to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership to customersÂ
Contribute to team collaboration through efficient internal communicationÂ
Risk & Issue ManagementÂ
Proactively identify and manage risks at both project and strategic levelsÂ
Apply analytical and creative problem-solving to resolve complex issues and escalationsÂ
Drive mitigation plans and ensure alignment across stakeholdersÂ
Qualifications
Typically, 5+ Years of experience in Low-code development (using tools such as Microsoft Power Platform or alternatives.), systems analysisÂ
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering or equivalent experience preferred
Strong experience managing cross-functional, complex initiativesÂ
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisionsÂ
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsÂ
Collaborative mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvementÂ
Experience with program/project management methodologies and toolsÂ
Experience with JSON, HTML, JavascriptÂ
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 88,000 - 132,000 CAD / Annual
United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 80,000 - 120,000 USD / Annual
Poland - Warsaw Office WAO : 139,000 - 223,000 PLN / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
