How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Plus spécifiquement, les missions sont le suivantes :

1. Pilotage de l'Architecture et de l'Intégration

• Concevoir et garantir la cohérence de l’architecture technique des outils digitaux et des solutions Web.

• Piloter l’intégration des applications et orchestrer les flux de données inter-applicatifs (API, interfaces) pour le pôle Customer Experience.

• Superviser le cycle de développement des solutions techniques, de la phase de conception à la mise en production.

2. Référent Technique et Expertise CRM

• Agir en tant que leader technique (Référent) auprès de l’équipe Customer Experience pour accompagner les projets innovants.

• Assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO) des plateformes Web et de l’écosystème CRM (Salesforce).

• Optimiser les performances des outils existants pour répondre aux besoins métiers.

3. Fiabilité, Sécurité et Conformité

• Garantir la haute disponibilité et la sécurité des actifs digitaux de l’entreprise.

• Veiller à la conformité réglementaire (RGPD notamment) et aux standards de sécurité en vigueur.

• Mettre en place des protocoles de tests et de surveillance pour assurer la fiabilité constante des systèmes.

Master en Design,  7 ans d'expérience.

Maîtriser les outils et les méthodologies UX et UI.

Centricité-utilisateur : montrer de l'intérêt pour l'innovation et pour concevoir des solutions centrées-utilisateur. 

Empathie & écoute active : concevoir autour du besoin des gens. Excellentes compétences de communication et de présentation, capable de trouver des moyens créatifs pour partager et produire la culture et les méthodes de Design aux autres.

Le profil recherché est un expert technique senior Salesforce - développeur solutions web + interfaces.
