We are seeking aSalesforce Solution Architectto join our team.
In this role, you will play a strategic part in shaping scalable Salesforce solutions that align with client business needs and long-term goals. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate complex requirements into well-structured, maintainable platform implementations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys driving solution design while collaborating across business and technical domains.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional client discussions, requirements refinement sessions, demonstrations, and walk-throughs, while guiding knowledge transfer activities for relevant audiences
- Facilitate discovery sessions and partner with business stakeholders to capture and document business processes
- Author, update, and refine user stories and acceptance criteria with sufficient detail to enable smooth configuration, development, and testing
- Reverse engineer existing solutions, including reviewing Apex code, to understand original intent and adjust them in line with new requirements (development experience is not required)
- Support capacity planning, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning activities
- Interact daily with client Product Owners and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, share progress updates, and manage expectations within agreed project relationships
- Collaborate with business solution architects and software architects to coordinate the creation of development tasks and solution design documentation
- Align with the quality assurance team on test planning and execution activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- A minimum of 2 years in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator roles
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team of 5 or more employees
- Participation in at least 2 full-cycle projects, or involvement in multiple projects covering different phases of the development lifecycle
- Strong client relationship management skills, with confident written, verbal, and presentation abilities
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ for configuring quoting and pricing solutions
- Practical expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud for designing and supporting sales-focused implementations
- Solid background with Salesforce Service Cloud for shaping customer service solutions
- Experience documenting business process diagrams to visualize and communicate workflows
- Proven ability to write epics and user stories that drive efficient delivery
- Hands-on experience working within Agile methodologies
- Background working with customers selling software or subscription services rather than physical products
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with experience navigating Brownfield orgs that include technical debt and limited documentation
- Required certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and App Builder
- Excellent English communication skills (C1+ level), with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to varied audiences
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Conga CLM for managing contract lifecycle processes
- Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce for building AI-driven agent capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem
