Senior Web & Digital Analyst

We are looking for aSenior Web & Digital Analyst to join our Web Tracking & Insights team. The role focuses on implementing, maintaining, and optimizing website and app tracking solutions using tag management systems (Tealium IQ and Google Tag Manager) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). This is not a frontend web development role: the focus is purely on tracking implementation, data collection, and analytics enablement.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure tracking tags, triggers, and variables within Tealium IQ and Google Tag Manager
• Design and maintain GA4 event tracking, custom dimensions/metrics, and channel groupings
• Test, validate, and troubleshoot tracking implementations in collaboration with web development teams
• Integrate and maintain marketing pixels (Meta, Google Ads, Bing, Floodlight) via tag management system
• Test marketing pixel integrations with media agencies
• Document tracking setups and maintain clear implementation guidelines

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Web Analytics
• Hands-on experience with Tealium IQ and/or Google Tag Manager
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Proficiency in JavaScript for tag customization and debugging
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS to interpret page structure and debug
• Understanding of dataLayer design and event-driven data tracking
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Understanding of digital marketing technologies and consent management
