Senior MuleSoft Developer (Software Maintenance Engineer)

We are looking for aSenior MuleSoft Developer (Software Maintenance Engineer) to own 3rd line support and keep MuleSoft systems stable and reliable. You will troubleshoot P1 incidents while on-call when needed, and when the queue is clear, you will help the team with development work and improvements—apply now.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support and troubleshoot software issues using MuleSoft
• Maintain and enhance existing software applications
• Participate in customer interviews to gather requirements
• Join project interviews to discuss solutions and deliverables
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement system enhancements
• Ensure code quality and perform necessary testing and debugging
• Document technical specifications and keep related documentation up to date
• Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft and industry trends
• Support development activities when required

Requirements

• Hands-on knowledge of MuleSoft and the Anypoint Platform
• Excellent English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)
• Relevant experience in a comparable 3rd line support position
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively
• Solid background in maintaining and enhancing software applications
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work remotely with a high level of independence
