Senior MuleSoft Developer (Software Maintenance Engineer)

We are looking for aSenior MuleSoft Developer (Software Maintenance Engineer) to provide 3rd line support and keep MuleSoft solutions stable and reliable. You will troubleshoot P1 incidents on-call when needed and, when there are no open support tasks, help the team with development work and improvements. Responsibilities

• Deliver 3rd line support and diagnose software issues using MuleSoft
• Maintain and improve existing software applications
• Participate in customer interviews to collect requirements
• Join project interviews to align on solutions and deliverables
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement system enhancements
• Ensure code quality and execute required testing and debugging
• Create technical specifications and keep related documentation up to date
• Stay current with MuleSoft updates and broader industry trends
• Assist with development activities when support workload allows

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of MuleSoft and the Anypoint Platform
• Excellent English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)
• Proven track record in a comparable 3rd line support position
• Hands-on ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively
• Solid background in maintaining and improving software applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills with distributed teams
• Flexibility to work remotely with a high level of independence
