We are seeking a talentedSenior Financial Specialistto join our team.

This role provides the chance to influence financial operations and ensure alignment with company policies. The ideal candidate will bring advanced analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of agreements with EPAM Contractors and Subcontractors across multiple regions
  • Handle the end-to-end process of contract creation and execution, ensuring all steps in the signing workflow are completed efficiently
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Contractors and Subcontractors regarding all aspects of agreements
  • Collect, organize, and safeguard all documents related to contracts
  • Manage the termination of service agreements and coordinate the official closure of contractor relationships
  • Serve as the primary administrative contact for contractor-related topics, arranging regular meetings with Contractors, Subcontractors, EPAM departments, and project teams
  • Enhance and refine procedures related to contractor management
  • Develop and update a centralized repository for contract templates
  • Operate within EPAM’s internal systems to support both financial and administrative activities
  • Support the creation and revision of company policies and local guidelines

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of relevant experience in finance or a related area
  • Proficient in English at B2 level or higher for both written and spoken communication
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance, business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in contract administration or financial operations
  • Strong time management skills for balancing multiple priorities
  • Ability to process large amounts of information, multitask, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Proven ability to set and achieve goals, remain composed under pressure, and demonstrate self-discipline
  • Well-developed organizational skills, including self-direction, prioritization, and managing a demanding workload
