Senior Financial Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and drivenSenior Financial Analystto join our team.

In this position, you will take ownership of delivering thorough financial analysis and insights that inform critical decision-making. Partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will help shape business performance and enhance overall financial efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth review of monthly financial reports to uncover trends, variances, and areas ripe for improvement
• Deliver financial insights and performance outcomes to the Leadership Team through monthly and quarterly presentations
• Offer practical business and financial recommendations that align with the organization's strategic goals
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities to guarantee precision and consistency with business priorities
• Build and support financial models and deal structuring efforts to secure favorable results for both EPAM and its clients
• Refine and automate current financial reports and workflows to boost efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of solid professional experience in financial analysis or a comparable domain
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a closely related discipline
• Fluent command of English in writing and speaking at a B2+ level or above
• Confident ability to work with Excel spreadsheets, build a variety of charts, and organize data through PivotTables
• Strong grasp of financial analysis tools and methodologies used to assess business performance
• Well-developed time management skills with the capability to set priorities effectively
• Sharp analytical thinking to interpret data and convert findings into meaningful insights
• Strong communication abilities to convey complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders at different levels
• Proven experience crafting professional PowerPoint presentations to communicate financial outcomes and recommendations
