Senior Financial Analyst

We are searching for a talented and motivatedSenior Financial Analystto join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing comprehensive financial analysis and insights that support key strategic decisions. Working hand in hand with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to strengthening business results and improving financial performance across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Carry out thorough examination of monthly financial reports to detect patterns, variances, and opportunities for enhancement
• Share financial insights and performance results with the Leadership Team via monthly and quarterly reporting sessions
• Provide practical business and financial guidance that supports the organization's overarching objectives
• Direct budgeting and forecasting processes to maintain accuracy and alignment with company priorities
• Create and maintain financial models and deal structuring initiatives to achieve advantageous outcomes for both EPAM and its clients
• Streamline and automate existing financial reports and processes to increase productivity and precision

Requirements

• At least 3 years of substantial professional background in financial analysis or a related area
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a closely aligned field
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency at a B2+ level or higher
• Skilled use of Excel spreadsheets, including building diverse charts and structuring data with PivotTables
• Solid understanding of financial analysis tools and techniques applied to evaluating business performance
• Effective time management with a proven ability to prioritize responsibilities efficiently
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data and turning results into valuable insights
• Confident communication skills for presenting complex financial topics clearly to audiences at various levels
• Hands-on experience developing professional PowerPoint presentations to share financial results and recommendations
