Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking an accomplished and passionateSenior Financial Analystto join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing thorough financial analysis and insights that inform key strategic decisions. Working alongside leadership and cross-functional teams, you will help drive stronger business results and enhance financial performance across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a full-scale review of monthly financial reports to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and areas open to improvement
• Present financial insights and performance results to the Leadership Team throughout monthly and quarterly reporting periods
• Offer meaningful business and financial guidance that supports the wider goals of the organization
• Take the lead on budgeting and forecasting processes to safeguard accuracy and consistency with company objectives
• Build and maintain financial models and deal structuring efforts to achieve beneficial outcomes for both EPAM and its clients
• Refine and automate existing financial reports and workflows to enhance productivity and reliability

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis or an equivalent domain
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a closely related field of study
• Strong command of English, in both writing and speech, at a B2+ level or higher
• Skilled use of Excel spreadsheets, including designing a variety of charts and structuring data with PivotTables
• Solid understanding of financial analysis tools and techniques applied to assess business performance
• Well-organized time management with a proven ability to sort tasks by importance
• Analytical mindset that enables you to make sense of data and turn insights into practical actions
• Reliable communication skills for conveying complex financial matters clearly to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated experience creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations to share financial results and recommendations
