Senior Financial Analyst

We are on the hunt for a capable and enthusiasticSenior Financial Analystto become part of our team.

In this position, you will take charge of delivering detailed financial analysis and insights that guide important strategic choices. Collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will play a role in improving business outcomes and elevating financial performance throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive review of monthly financial reports to spot trends, discrepancies, and areas that can be improved
• Communicate financial insights and performance outcomes to the Leadership Team during monthly and quarterly reporting cycles
• Deliver actionable business and financial advice that reinforces the organization's broader goals
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure precision and alignment with corporate priorities
• Design and support financial models and deal structuring efforts to reach favorable results for both EPAM and its clients
• Optimize and automate current financial reports and workflows to raise efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

• No less than 3 years of meaningful professional experience in financial analysis or a similar field
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a closely connected discipline
• Proficient command of English, written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher
• Confident handling of Excel spreadsheets, including creating a range of charts and organizing data through PivotTables
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis tools and methods used to gauge business performance
• Efficient time management with a demonstrated ability to arrange tasks by priority
• Analytical thinking that allows you to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
• Assured communication skills for delivering complex financial content clearly to varied audiences
• Practical experience producing polished PowerPoint presentations to convey financial outcomes and recommendations
