Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Study monthly financial reports to identify recurring patterns, unusual variations, and opportunities for improvement
• Take charge of budgeting and forecasting cycles within the designated area of responsibility
• Interpret financial performance and forward-looking projections, including profit and loss, variance analysis, impact analysis, trend analysis, and benchmarking
• Report financial outcomes to the Leadership Team each month, providing meaningful interpretations and concrete recommendations
• Offer ad-hoc analytical, reporting, and consulting assistance to fulfill the needs of a corporate function
• Develop tailored reporting frameworks designed to meet the specific expectations of a corporate function
• Optimize and automate current reports and processes to drive greater efficiency and accuracy
• Provide important business and financial direction to the organization to support well-grounded decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a finance-related area of study
• English language skills at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Confident command of Excel spreadsheets, including building different types of charts and summarizing information through PivotTables
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis methods and tools
• Exceptional time management, organizational, analytical, and communication abilities
• Demonstrated willingness and enthusiasm for handling large amounts of data
• Capability to deliver effectively whether working solo or as part of a group
• Strong focus on precision and accuracy across all completed tasks
• Practical experience using PowerPoint to prepare professional-quality presentations
