Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for aSenior Business Analystwith proven expertise in digital transformation, especially in eCommerce and CMS environments.

In this position, you will work with diverse teams to deliver projects that advance business growth and digital progress. The ideal candidate is skilled at gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring projects are completed successfully in fast-moving settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive the collection and documentation of business requirements for digital transformation projects, with a focus on eCommerce and CMS platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders including internal teams, clients, and vendors to clarify business goals and convert them into functional and technical requirements
• Map processes, perform gap analyses, and design solutions to optimize digital workflows, customer journeys, and business operations
• Work alongside Solution Architects, developers, UX designers, project managers, and product owners to align technology solutions with business objectives
• Examine and record existing systems, processes, and data flows to pinpoint areas for improvement or automation
• Create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for Agile or Scrum-based projects
• Shape and support the digital transformation roadmap, prioritizing scalability, performance, and user experience
• Conduct risk assessments and communicate the impact of changes to relevant stakeholders
• Lead workshops, presentations, and meetings to gather input, align project objectives, and provide updates
• Take part in testing activities, ensuring business requirements are fulfilled through thorough User Acceptance Testing and Quality Assurance

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on digital transformation projects
• Practical experience with eCommerce platforms like SAP Commerce, Magento, Shopify, CommerceTools, and CMS tools such as Contentful, Contentstack, or WordPress
• Ability to lead requirements gathering for complex systems and deliver clear, actionable documentation
• Solid understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
• Strong data analysis skills for translating information into business insights
• Proficiency in business process modeling, BPMN, and creating workflow diagrams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for effective project collaboration
• Experience with digital tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar for project tracking and team coordination
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• English language proficiency at B2+ level or higher, both written and spoken

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline to provide a solid academic background
