Senior AQA (Python with AI) Engineer

We are seeking aSenior AQA Engineer with experience in Python and AI to join our team.

You will be responsible for implementing and executing automated testing frameworks focused on AI agents and GenAI applications, contributing to quality engineering and ensuring robust test automation. Kindly note that this role supports remote work, but only from within Ukraine.



RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implement automated tests for AI agents and GenAI applications
  • Set up, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks (TAF)
  • Extend and implement CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing
  • Execute manual validations where automation is not feasible
  • Create API and UI tests to ensure application quality
  • Collaborate with data architecture teams to support data quality testing
  • Analyze test results and report defects to development teams
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies
  • Optimize testing processes for efficiency and reliability
  • Document testing procedures and results for continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on AI and automation testing trends and best practices

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in automation testing roles (Senior level)
  • Experience with test automation frameworks enhancement and automated test implementation
  • Experience working with data architectures and data pipelines
  • Proficient in Python programming language and frameworks including pytest, pytest-xdist, and playwright
  • Experience creating API and UI tests
  • Experience testing AI agents and GenAI applications
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT or other chatbots based on large language models (LLM)
  • Start-up mindset with adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Strong quality engineering background
  • Ability to perform functional testing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • English proficiency at the B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level

NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) and search systems
  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) projects
  • Basic understanding of LLM operations
  • Experience with LangChain and related frameworks
