Senior AI Engineer with .NET

We are seeking aSenior AI Engineer with .NET to join our team focused on developing AI agents along with the backend and frontend for related applications. With 20+ agents launched, we accelerate innovation across critical industries. You'll work in a high-impact, high-autonomy environment, taking projects from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend and full-stack applications, AI agents and platform components
• Development of developer tooling, CI/CD and observability for safe, fast iteration
• Application of secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Use of current LLM patterns such as RAG, retrieval, routing, tool-use and evals to deliver reliable, efficient AI systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Skills in full-stack development
• Background in building AI agents with TypeScript, .NET or Go
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
• Proven track record delivering secure, reliable, cloud-native systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph, vector/RAG systems or OpenSearch
• Expertise in ML training, deployment and monitoring
• Understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning and model adaptation
