Product Owner

We're seeking aProduct Owner to support a team managing pipelines that process and load data, combining various datasets to build new data products. Each pipeline handles the upload of data from multiple sources and applications into a data warehouse, standardizes and validates it against predefined schemas, and presents it visually—for example, through heat maps showing potential client locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive product vision, roadmap, and execution for product and GenAI-focused initiatives
• Serve as the primary connector between stakeholders and engineering teams to maintain clear communication and alignment
• Convert AI/GenAI use cases and business requirements into detailed user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog according to business value, technical dependencies, and potential risks
• Guide cross-functional teams—including engineering, QA, and design—to maintain productivity, accountability, and delivery consistency
• Run Agile ceremonies, resolve obstacles, and keep execution running smoothly
• Weigh business objectives, user requirements, and technical limitations when shaping product decisions
• Establish KPIs, track product performance, and push for ongoing improvements
• Work alongside QA to guarantee high-quality outcomes through thorough validation
• Build a transparent, cooperative, and high-performing team culture while overseeing scope, risks, and dependencies

Requirements

• 5+ years working as a Business Analyst leading cross-functional teams and overseeing delivery, or equivalent experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or TPM
• Background in roadmap development, stakeholder engagement, and product strategy, with a strong sense of ownership in fast-moving settings
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery management
• Hands-on experience with GenAI-related projects
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and grasp system design and its limitations
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with skill in turning complex requirements into practical deliverables
• Track record of managing complete feature delivery cycles
• Comfort with Jira, Confluence, and product metrics to support data-driven decisions
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities
• A proactive, organized, results-oriented approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and create clarity
• English fluency at B2 level or above
