Middle Project Manager / Scrum Master

We are hiring aProject Manager / Scrum Master to drive agile delivery across the Investment Operations technology portfolio. You will lead ceremonies, manage end-to-end execution across strategic automation and BAU workstreams, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders and senior leaders—apply now.

Responsibilities

• Lead scrum ceremonies across Investment Operations workstreams, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Facilitate planning and grooming sessions to keep user stories well-defined, estimated, and prioritized
• Align Business Analysts, QA, Technology, and business stakeholders on scope, sequencing, and delivery milestones
• Maintain delivery artifacts including project plans and roadmaps, sprint backlogs and Jira boards, RAID logs, and status reports
• Prepare and present monthly updates for business stakeholders and senior leadership, covering delivery progress, risks, key decisions, and upcoming milestones
• Monitor cross-team dependencies, escalate blockers, and drive issues to resolution
• Support resource planning and capacity management across BA, QA, and Tech teams
• Partner with Product and BA leads to manage intake, prioritization, and scope changes through a consistent governance process
• Coordinate UAT end to end, including planning, scheduling, defect triage, and stakeholder sign-off
• Define delivery metrics such as velocity, throughput, defect trends, and cycle time to enable continuous improvement
• Manage release planning, deployment coordination, and post-implementation reviews
• Coach team members on agile practices and help mature delivery standards across Investment Ops

Requirements

• Hands-on experience of 2+ years as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master delivering technology programs in financial services
• Working knowledge of agile delivery methods such as Scrum and Kanban
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and standard project management tooling
• Familiarity with GenAI tools to speed up status reporting, stakeholder updates, meeting synthesis, and backlog management, plus the ability to drive adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices across BA, QA, and Tech teams
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including producing executive-level updates and reporting
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher

Nice to Have

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or PMP certification
• Experience leading vendor or consultant-led delivery teams
• Domain background in asset management, insurance, alternative assets, or investment operations environments
