Responsibilities

  • Develop, sustain, and elevate EPAM’s partnership with Microsoft in North America by building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and aligning with the global Microsoft team and EPAM’s multi-cloud strategy
  • Design, implement, and support the North America go-to-market strategy for Microsoft in collaboration with Cloud SMEs and the marketing team
  • Partner with Business Unit leaders, sales teams, technical experts, and marketers to create actionable growth plans and fuel new pipeline opportunities
  • Work closely with EPAM’s solution experts to develop innovative offerings and accelerate growth at key accounts
  • Achieve and exceed partner program KPIs by ensuring the successful execution of joint business plans, including driving partner-initiated and partner-influenced revenue
  • Curate and spotlight success stories through customer case studies to reinforce the value of EPAM’s Microsoft partnership
  • Represent EPAM at Microsoft and industry-specific events in partnership with sales and marketing teams
  • Manage the partner deal registration process and maintain up-to-date knowledge of criteria and evaluation standards for Microsoft engagements across the region
  • Collaborate with the North America Microsoft and global cloud teams to present annual and quarterly plans and results to EPAM’s senior leadership
  • Organize and lead quarterly business reviews with Microsoft partners by region

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise technology and the partner or channel ecosystem
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or alliances, with a focus on the cloud space; Microsoft-specific experience is an advantage
  • At least 2 years of experience leading a team of at least 20 employees, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience participating in at least 5 full-cycle projects or launching a product or key product capability to the market
  • Demonstrated expertise in a solution integration or partner-driven sales environment, with a proven ability to drive business outcomes
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Strong organizational abilities, including pipeline management and process optimization
  • Proven relationship management skills, with a track record of building and nurturing strategic partnerships
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategies and business development initiatives within a technology ecosystem
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating excellent time management and follow-through on commitments
  • A collaborative mindset that prioritizes team success and shared goals
  • Eagerness to grow, adapt, and develop professionally in a fast-paced, business-focused environment
  • Cooperative, positive, and solution-oriented approach to overcoming challenges
  • Advanced level of English speaking and writing communication skills
