We are seeking aJunior HR Specialistto serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters while helping ensure the smooth execution of key HR processes. You'll work in an international environment, collaborate with colleagues from different countries, and contribute to creating a positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Support core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, personnel administration, and benefits programs
Handle employee requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards
Prepare and process HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements and company policies
Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
Collaborate with international HR teams to ensure a consistent approach to HR service delivery
Resolve complex inquiries and escalations by interpreting internal policies and procedures
Contribute to HR process improvements, documentation updates, and service quality initiatives
Ensure the confidentiality of employee data while maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks

Requirements

1+ years of experience in HR, HR administration, or an HR shared services environment
Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to handling data and documentation
Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests efficiently
Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
Ability to quickly adapt to new processes and work effectively in an international environment
High level of responsibility, proactivity, and discretion when handling confidential information
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
