Associate Operations Specialist

We are looking for a remote Associate Operations Specialist with excellent English skills to join our team.

This entry-level opportunity does not require prior IT expertise, as full training will be provided. You'll be part of a global team, helping to review and verify technical profiles in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations of IT specialist profiles across diverse international markets
• Help strengthen the EPAM brand and back initiatives aimed at recruiting high-caliber professionals
• Make productive use of internal platforms, tools, and reference materials to carry out duties
• Partner with various teams to maintain smooth cooperation

Requirements

• English language skills at C1 level or above
• At least six months of background in administrative work, sales, IT sourcing, or comparable fields
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs
• Effective communication and interpersonal capabilities
• Capacity to evaluate situations and reach conclusions based on past activities or data findings
• Flexible to evolving business needs with a self-motivated attitude
• Outstanding organizational abilities to juggle competing priorities and respect deadlines
• Quick learner able to rapidly grasp new information and workflows
