Associate Operational Specialist

We are presently on the lookout for a remote Associate Operational Specialist with exceptional English communication skills. Previous experience in the IT sector is not necessary.

This is a starter-level position that delivers training in the assessment and verification of technical profiles, along with the special chance to be part of a global team environment.

Responsibilities

• Review profiles of IT specialists across a variety of markets
• Help strengthen the EPAM brand and bring high-quality professionals into the organization
• Make effective use of internal company tools, platforms, and documentation

Requirements

• Strong English language skills (B2+ level)
• A minimum of 6 months' experience in administrative roles, sales, IT research, or any comparable area
• Skilled with MS Office
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated analytical mindset and decision-making capability drawing on prior cases
• Proactive and flexible when facing changes in a business setting
• Fast learner
• Capable of organizing priorities, juggling multiple assignments, and meeting deadlines
