Systems Architect

We are seeking aSystems Architect to shape and automate cloud data retention and governance across multiple subscriptions and resources. You will translate requirements into secure, well-documented Azure architectures and guide delivery with clear technical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Examine the iHUB platform across subscriptions and resources to build a comprehensive architecture understanding
• Design and automate data retention timelines and policies provided by governance stakeholders
• Translate business and technical requirements into end-to-end solution architectures
• Design and build secure cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Define and document target architectures, designs, and technical standards
• Create detailed, developer-ready technical tasks and implementation plans
• Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines and delivery workflows with Azure DevOps
• Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform and PowerShell
• Apply RBAC and related controls to ensure compliant access and separation of duties
• Coordinate with DevOps and development teams to streamline execution and remove blockers
• Review implementations to ensure alignment with architecture decisions and retention requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in systems architecture and cloud solution design
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services and subscription/resource structures
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong infrastructure-as-code skills with Terraform
• Strong scripting skills with PowerShell
• Solid knowledge of data architecture concepts, including data retention policies and data management
• Strong understanding of RBAC principles and access control design
• Strong stakeholder management skills to align developers and management on goals
• Strong communication skills to explain technical details and high-level outcomes clearly
• Results-driven mindset with personal accountability for agreed objectives
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)

• Azure Data Factory experience for building and operating data pipelines
• Azure Data Services knowledge to support data workload design and integration
• Databricks experience for performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting data workloads
