Delivery Manager

We are seeking aDelivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery governance across a portfolio of 19 digital products organized into three delivery pods. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of accountability for delivery health, stakeholder alignment, and program-level risk — bridging engineering, product, and infrastructure leadership from day one through steady-state delivery. The ideal candidate brings a track record of leading complex, multi-team software engagements and thrives in environments where structure needs to be established, not just maintained.

Responsibilities

• Own sprint cadence across three parallel delivery pods, ensuring consistent planning, review, and retrospective practices
• Maintain the program risk register, escalate blockers proactively, and track resolution to closure
• Report on delivery health using DORA metrics and AI tooling ROI indicators
• Manage relationships with engineering, product, infrastructure, and account leadership
• Prepare and present regular status updates, milestone reports, and risk summaries to senior stakeholders
• Coordinate contract and tooling approval decisions with account leadership
• Coordinate the full team onboarding program, including environment setup, codebase orientation, and full ownership ramp-up
• Ensure readiness gates are met at each stage and that no business interruption occurs
• Facilitate structured onboarding sessions with client engineering and product stakeholders
• Establish and maintain Agile delivery standards across all pods
• Remove impediments and create conditions for pod leads to focus on technical delivery
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospective outcomes and delivery metric trends

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading complex, multi-team software delivery engagements
• Expertise in Agile delivery governance, sprint cadence management, and risk register maintenance across multiple parallel teams
• Skills in stakeholder management across engineering, product, infrastructure, and account leadership
• Proficiency in reporting delivery health through DORA metrics and milestone status updates
• Experience coordinating vendor transitions, including onboarding programs, environment setup, and readiness gate tracking
• Background in facilitating onboarding sessions with client engineering and product stakeholders
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tooling such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, or Cursor, and its impact on team velocity and capacity planning
• Understanding of how to track and report AI productivity metrics, including token usage, acceptance rates, and time-to-merge improvements
• Capability to structure delivery governance around AI-augmented engineering teams
