Responsibilities

• Lead technical solutioning sessions with clients and stakeholders, converting complex capital markets business requirements into scalable, end-to-end enterprise architecture designs
• Architect and deliver distributed, cloud-native systems across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to production deployment
• Design and implement enterprise integration patterns, microservices architectures, and RESTful APIs that connect multiple complex financial systems within MACH and Domain-Driven Design frameworks
• Drive hands-on technical leadership through active code contribution, code reviews, and deep collaboration with engineering teams to ensure architectural integrity and delivery quality
• Define and govern cloud platform strategies across public cloud environments, ensuring scalability, resilience, and alignment with enterprise integration and security standards
• Champion Agile delivery practices, establish CI/CD pipelines, enforce testing methodologies, and uphold software quality assurance standards across cross-functional development teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise solution architecture design and implementation, supported by 5+ years of hands-on development experience in an object-oriented language such as Java, .NET, or C++
• Demonstrated domain expertise in capital markets or wealth management is required
• 3+ years of experience designing and delivering distributed, scalable systems, with proven capability integrating three or more enterprise systems using established enterprise integration patterns
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with microservices architecture, RESTful API development, and public cloud platform solutioning, alongside working knowledge of MACH architecture and Domain-Driven Design principles
• 3+ years of experience with Relational and NoSQL databases, CI/CD practices, and Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum or Kanban in enterprise software environments
• Strong ability to lead client-facing technical solutioning engagements, communicate architectural decisions to both technical and business stakeholders, and translate business needs into actionable technical roadmaps
