Your Impact 

The Commercial team at Entain plays a critical role across a diverse range of functions, including procurement, insurance management, and the strategic and operational oversight of customer payments. The team also leads a variety of high-impact initiatives, spanning both internal projects and external growth opportunities.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations, the Commercial Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the procurement function while driving strong supplier relationships that support the company’s operational and strategic goals. This role is accountable for ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and alignment with Entain’s standards and ethical values across all sourcing and procurement activities.

Key responsibilities include leading sourcing, negotiation, and contracting processes, as well as monitoring supplier performance. The role also focuses on unlocking value through supplier innovation, effective risk management, and the development of strategic partnerships both within the organisation and with external partners.

A Day in the Life

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals and operational needs.
• Oversee the procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance monitoring.
• Negotiate and manage supplier agreements, ensuring optimal terms, service levels, and compliance.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and operational teams to ensure procurement aligns with regulatory and project requirements..
• Model and ensure your team's work and behaviours are consistently aligned to our organisational goals and principles

Your Strengths 

• 5+ years in a similar role where you were managing multiple priorities and building effective relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with expertise in procurement tools, ERP systems, and vendor management software.
• Able to independently manage sourcing activities and supplier negotiations.
• Skilled in data analysis, financial assessment, and providing actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship-building skills.
