The Opportunity:
Job SummaryÂ
The AI Innovation Specialist is part of an AI-native early talent track focused on building future-ready talent capable of applying AI, data, and structured problem-solving to real-world business challenges. This role prioritizes capability, learning agility, and output over traditional years of experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Identify and automate manual workflows using AI tools and process optimization techniquesÂ
Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and insightsÂ
Develop prompts, automation workflows, and AI-assisted solutions for business use casesÂ
Support cross-functional projects across AI, Product, Operations, and Revenue Cycle teamsÂ
Break down ambiguous business problems into structured analyses and actionable solutionsÂ
Translate data insights into clear, business-facing recommendationsÂ
Participate in pilot programs and innovation initiatives focused on efficiency and transformationÂ
Document processes, best practices, and repeatable AI-enabled workflowsÂ
Maintain strong execution discipline with proactive communication on progress, risks, and blockersÂ
AI and Technical ResponsibilitiesÂ
Utilize AI tools as part of daily workflow for research, analysis, and automationÂ
Develop proficiency in prompt engineering, automation, and AI-assisted analyticsÂ
Continuously assess emerging AI tools and recommend practical use casesÂ
Contribute to internal AI capability building and knowledge sharingÂ
Minimum QualificationsÂ
Demonstrated use of AI tools or automation in projects or academic workÂ
Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsÂ
Ability to work with data and derive insightsÂ
Strong written and verbal communication skillsÂ
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environmentÂ
Preferred QualificationsÂ
Experience with Excel, dashboards, or analytics toolsÂ
Exposure to process improvement or operational workflowsÂ
Internship, fellowship, or project-based experienceÂ
Exposure to healthcare, operations, or revenue cycle environmentsÂ
EducationÂ
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.Â
ExperienceÂ
0–2 years or equivalent demonstrated capability.Â
CompensationÂ
Specialist I: $60,000 – $75,000 | Specialist II: $75,000 – $95,000 | Bonus: 5–10%Â
Career PathÂ
Progression opportunities into Senior Analyst, AI/Automation roles, Product, or Strategy within 12–24 months based on performance.Â
