Senior Product Manager / Product Manager - Energy trading

We are building a governed citizen-development platform for low-code/no-code apps across the power, utilities, and renewables sector. As aSenior Product Manager / Product Manager, you will translate business goals into a clear roadmap, guide UAT, and lead training and enablement so users can deliver safely within a full lifecycle model.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requirement discovery, analysis, and documentation with business partners and development stakeholders
• Design and deliver end-to-end training sessions that build business user proficiency in platform usage and best practices
• Facilitate cross-department communication to clarify objectives and align on platform capabilities
• Align product features with changing business needs and regulatory requirements during design and development
• Lead user acceptance testing to confirm solutions meet agreed requirements and quality standards
• Partner with support and operations teams to sustain maintenance and ensure ongoing platform performance
• Manage stakeholder expectations across the lifecycle, maintaining transparency and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Improve training materials and enablement approaches based on user feedback and platform releases
• Engage with a team of 3-5 colleagues and coordinate with third-party vendors as needed to deliver outcomes

Requirements

• Hands-on background with 10-18 years of overall experience in IT
• Proven ability to bridge technical and business viewpoints to align platform capabilities with user requirements
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, balancing priorities across business and engineering teams
• Solid experience designing and delivering training programs for different user groups and skill levels
• Strong capability to convert complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams
• Track record of leading cross-functional collaboration and enabling effective communication across departments
• Working knowledge of Product Management, Product Life Cycle, Product Roadmap, Product Vision, Requirement Analysis, Training and Enablement
