Senior Microsoft 365 / Viva Engineer

We are looking for aSenior Microsoft 365 / Viva Engineer with strong hands-on experience in deploying and developingViva Connections, Viva Amplify, SharePoint News, and SharePoint Communication Sites for large organisations.

The ideal candidate should have experience building custom Viva Connections cards and working with theSharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Adaptive Card Extensions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and supportViva Connections and Viva Amplify across large enterprise organisations.
• Design and configureSharePoint Communication Sites and SharePoint News functionality.
• Build and customiseViva Connections cards based on business requirements.
• Develop custom cards using:
• • Quick Views
  • Card Views
  • Adaptive Card Extensions (ACEs)
• Develop and customise solutions usingSharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimise Viva and SharePoint solutions in enterprise environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience deployingViva Connections andViva Amplify in large organisations.
• Detailed understanding ofSharePoint News functionality.
• Strong experience withSharePoint Communication Sites.
• Hands-on experience buildingViva Connections cards.
• Experience developing custom cards usingQuick Views, Card Views, and Adaptive Card Extensions.
• Strong knowledge ofSharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Experience working withMicrosoft 365 enterprise solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with other Microsoft Viva solutions.
• Experience with enterprise Microsoft 365 governance and administration.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
