What is it for you?

As aEngineering Manager - Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery execution for enterprise technology programs across Data, Cloud, AI, Security, and Digital Transformation initiatives. You will partner with clients, business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and delivery leaders to drive successful project outcomes through effective planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: -

• Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, governance, and closure of enterprise technology programs.
• Manage project scope, schedule, effort, budget, quality, resources, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Establish and maintain project plans, delivery roadmaps, governance cadence, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Data, Cloud, AI, Security, Product, Infrastructure, and Business teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate for project requirements.
• Identify, track, and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), and ensure timely mitigation and resolution.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent project management certifications

Skills: -

Mandatory Technical Skills: -

• Over 10 years of experience in managing enterprise technology programs and large-scale project delivery engagements
• Strong experience in Project Management, Program Governance, Stakeholder Management, and Delivery Leadership
• Proven expertise in managing scope, schedule, effort estimation, budgeting, resource planning, and quality assurance
• Experience in leading Data, Cloud, AI/ML, Digital, Application Modernization, or Enterprise Technology transformation programs
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience in RAID management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and escalation management
• Expertise in project financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and revenue tracking
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Experience in leading distributed global teams and coordinating with offshore delivery centers
• Excellent communication skills along with strong executive reporting capabilities

Good to Have Skills: -

• Experience in managing Healthcare and Life Sciences technology programs
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation initiatives
• Experience in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
• Strong vendor management and contract governance experience
• Experience working in regulated environments with compliance and governance requirements
• Proven track record of driving large-scale transformation programs and achieving customer success
