Duration: 6 months
Role Summary:
Seeking a Senior Java Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable, high-quality software solutions. The role involves system design, microservices, performance optimization, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, and collaboration with engineering and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Java/Spring Boot applications and microservices.
- Participate in architecture, feature design, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven solutions.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, alerting, and cloud infrastructure.
- Support production systems and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, program, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote coding, testing, and automation best practices.
Must-Have Skills:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience withJava and Spring/Spring Boot.
- Strong experience withKafka and microservices.
- Strong knowledge ofAWS.
- Experience withREST APIs and system architecture.
- Working knowledge ofrelational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience withGit, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Experience withAI Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC).
Nice to Have:
- Kubernetes and Docker.
- New Relic/Splunk or similar monitoring tools.
- Terraform/IaC.
- JMeter or other performance-testing tools.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Neo4j, Redis, S3, SQS/SNS, EC2, and ECS.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
