Your Mission
As part of the Engine team, youāll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Hereās what youāll take charge of:
We are looking for an individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, guided by Sales Operations Leadership and experienced Salesforce Developers in our RevOps team.Ā
- Lead Salesforce Development: Develop and maintain Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements.Ā
- Drive process improvements:Adapt and update Salesforce architecture as-needed to maintain continuity of operations and support the growth of the business
- Application development: Basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.Ā
- Testing & Debugging: Perform unit, integration, and regression testing; debug issues and ensure system stability.
- UAT & Stakeholder Coordination: Lead UAT testing, gather feedback, and work with stakeholders to ensure system acceptance.
- Coding Best Practices & Data Quality: Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain system architecture, API, and operational documentation.
What Youāll Bring to Engine
Weāre looking for someone whoās ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:
- AI-First Development: Hands-on working experience using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools to accelerate building, debugging, and shipping ā with the judgment to review, test, and validate AI-generated code rather than ship it blind.
- Experience:3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development, certified Salesforce Platform Developer & knowledge of Data Cloud architecture.Ā
- Skills: Youāre a problem-solver with HTML, XML, Flex, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, REST and SOAP-based web services and you thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with developing on other cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.Ā
- Mindset: Youāre ready to roll up your sleeves, collaborate, and deliver results that matter.

Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
