Role DescriptionÂ
This is a temporary, on-site role for a post-acquisition Project Manager. The post-acquisition Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful completion of deliverables within scope, timeline, and budget. Key responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with project standards and goals. The post-acquisition Project Manager will communicate and report progress to internal and external stakeholders while identifying opportunities for process improvement in alignment with organizational objectives.Â
QualificationsÂ
Project Management expertise, including planning, scheduling, and risk managementÂ
Post-acquisition and M&A experienceÂ
Proficiency in stakeholder management, team collaboration, and communicationÂ
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsÂ
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectivelyÂ
Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)Â
Knowledge of the energy sector or similar industries is an advantageÂ
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related fieldÂ
Fluency in English and Spanish is a hard requirementÂ
