We’re looking for aTalent Acquisition Partner to lead and elevate hiring for theBluehost Group, withfull ownership of the Brazil Talent Acquisition function. This role is both strategic and hands-on —you’ll drive end-to-end recruitment, partner closely with leaders, and ensure that regional practices are aligned with our global talent strategy. 

You’ll combine data, creativity, and business insight to build scalable recruiting processes, strengthen our employer brand, and deliver a world-class candidate experience. As a key member of the global HR team,you’ll also contribute to cross-functionalpeople initiatives that shape the future of our culture and workforce. 

WhatYou’ll Do 

• LeadtheBrazilTalentAcquisitionfunctionend-to-end,serving astheprimary pointofcontact forallhiringneeds —fromworkforceplanningand stakeholder managementto full-cyclerecruitment. 

• Ownthe regionalrecruitingprocess forBrazil,ensuringconsistency,alignment,andbest-practicesharingacrossthe globalTalentAcquisition framework. 

• Act as atrustedadvisorto businessleaders,buildingstrongpartnershipsandproviding data-driven insights,marketintelligence,andstrategichiringrecommendations. 

• Identifyprocess gapsandopportunitieswithintheBrazilhiringlandscape,drivingcontinuousimprovementandscalabilitywhilemaintainingglobal standards. 

• Useanalyticstoinfluencedecisions,developingandinterpreting dashboards, KPIs,andtalentreportsthatinformhiringstrategiesandleadershipdiscussions. 

• Contributeto global HRandTalentinitiatives,supportingbroaderprogramsfocusedonculture, performance,andorganizationaldevelopment. 

• Drive localemployer brandingefforts,creatingauthenticandengagingcampaigns (using tools likeCanva)toelevateourpresence intheBrazilmarket. 

• Enhancerecruitmentoperationsbyoptimizing tools, workflows,and dataaccuracywithinWorkdayandotherrecruitingplatforms. 

• Recruitacrossmultipleregionswhenneeded —experiencehiring inothermarkets,particularlytheU.S.,is astrong plus. 

WhoYou Are 

• 3+yearsofexperience inTalentAcquisition,ideallywithin a globalorganization,leadingend-to-endrecruitment. 

• Proven trackrecord in full-cyclerecruitment,withexperiencehiring inmultipleregions —experiencewiththe U.S.marketis a plus. 

• Strategicandanalytical mindset —comfortableusing data, KPIs,andmarket insightstoinformhiringstrategiesandinfluence stakeholders. 

• Creativeandinnovative —abletodevelopcompellingemployer brandingcampaignsandrecruitmentcontent (e.g.,usingCanva)toattract toptalent. 

• Strong stakeholder management skills —abletoadviseandinfluenceleadersatalllevels,balancing businessneedswithtalentstrategy. 

• Independentandresourceful —thrives inambiguity,proactively solvesproblems,andidentifiesopportunities forprocessimprovement. 

• Bilingual inPortugueseandEnglish,withexcellent verbalandwritten communication skills. 

• ExperiencewithWorkday, LinkedInRecruiter,andother ATS tools;comfortable troubleshootingandoptimizingrecruiting processes. 

• DeepknowledgeoftheBraziliantalentmarket,includingsourcingstrategies,hiringpractices,and localemployment trends. 

• Collaborative mindset —abletoworkacross globalteamswhileowning regional processesandensuringalignmentwith globalbestpractices.
