We are looking for a Data Engineer to design and build scalable data pipelines and modern data ingestion frameworks. This role will focus on API-based ingestion, event-driven architectures, and emerging AI data capabilities such as embeddings and vector databases to support next-generation analytics and AI use cases.

Job Description

  • Design and developĀ scalable data pipeline architecturesĀ for batch and real-time processing

  • Build and maintainĀ API-based ingestion frameworksĀ andĀ event-driven data streams

  • Develop robustĀ Python-based data processing workflows

  • Integrate data from multiple sources

  • Implement and optimizeĀ data models and transformationsĀ for downstream consumption

  • Contribute to buildingĀ AI-ready data infrastructure, including:

    • Embedding pipelines

    • Vector database integrations

  • Collaborate with analytics, BI, and AI teams to enableĀ data accessibility and reuse

  • EnsureĀ data quality, monitoring, and reliabilityĀ across pipelines

  • Follow best practices forĀ performance, scalability, and governance

Additional Job Description

  • Strong experience withĀ PythonĀ for data engineering

  • Hands-on experience designingĀ data pipelinesĀ (batch and/or streaming)

  • Experience withĀ API integrationsĀ and ingestion frameworks

  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of data warehousing concepts

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (OCI, AWS, or GCP)

  • Solid understanding of data modeling and pipeline optimization
