Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (.Net with React)

• Design, estimate, and implement technical solutions for medium to high complexity applications.
• Participate actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities.
• Recommend and promote engineering best practices (e.g., DevOps, CI/CD, testing, code reviews).
• Contribute to technical decision-making, including proposing and designing solutions autonomously.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring high code quality.
• Identify risks, propose improvements, and proactively resolve development challenges.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for continuous learning within the team.
• Mentor and guide less experienced engineers, contributing to a culture of technical excellence.

Professional Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering production-ready software solutions that address real business needs.
• Proven ability to take ownership of features from design to deployment.

Backend (.NET)

• Strong experience building scalable and maintainable backend services usingC#, .NET 6/8, ASP.NET Core
• Solid experience withEntity Framework, LINQ, and modern data access patterns
• Strong knowledge ofSQL and relational databases
• Good understanding of software architecture and design principles (SOLID, clean architecture, layered architecture)
• Experience designing and consumingRESTful APIs
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and performance optimization
• Nice to have: experience withcloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Frontend (React)

• Strong hands-on experience withReact and TypeScript
• Experience building responsive, modern web applications usingHTML5, CSS3
• Understanding ofcomponent-driven architecture and state management
• Familiarity with modernfrontend tooling (npm/yarn, bundlers, etc.)
• Experience integrating frontend applications withREST APIs

Engineering Practices & Tooling

• Experience withmicroservicesarchitecture
• Experience improvingsystem performance and scalability
• Experience participating inarchitectural decisions
• Experience withunit and integration testing frameworks
• Experience withCI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency withGit or other version control systems
• Familiarity withcontainerization (Docker is a plus)
• Experience working inAgile/Scrum environments
