End User Support Technician – Desktop / Hardware Support

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for an End User Support Technician – Desktop / Hardware Support for their Redmond, WA location.
 
Responsibilities:

• The Technical support role is pivotal in ensuring seamless end user support within our organization.
• With a focus on providing exceptional technical assistance, the candidate will manage and resolve End user equipment-related issues efficiently.
• This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
• The position is based in the office, with no travel requirements, and operates during day
• Manage inventory of desktop hardware and software, ensuring availability and proper functioning

• Strong understanding of desktop/laptop/mobile device support principles and practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to support users in office as well as Factory floor where applicable
• Client facing role. Requires good communication skill and excellent Customer Support attitude;
