Product Management - Retail

We are seeking aProduct Manager to lead a dedicated Tiger Team focused on business-critical EMEA retail work. You will manage product vision, roadmap, and backlog, reframe priorities as needs shift, and collaborate with engineering on integration across APIs, backend, and data.

Responsibilities

• Own the Tiger Team’s vision, priorities, and backlog to ensure focus on the most valuable outcomes
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with stakeholders and teams, approaching sensitivities with diplomacy and credibility
• Coordinate integration of Tiger Team work with existing teams, platforms, and roadmaps to maximize collaboration
• Review and re-prioritize initiatives as EMEA needs evolve, guiding pivots and repurposing across projects
• Translate business goals into clear requirements and delivery plans, working with the Lead Engineer to sequence and scope work
• Partner with engineers on systems integration, APIs, backend, and data topics to make informed priority decisions
• Deliver clear and transparent stakeholder and leadership updates on progress, risks, and results
• Proactively manage risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies to keep delivery on schedule
• Navigate ambiguity by quickly reframing priorities and enabling productivity on new domains and challenges
• Sustain momentum for critical, time-sensitive projects while balancing expectations with feasible delivery
• Ensure the Tiger Team demonstrates tangible impact to reinforce its credibility and mandate

Requirements

• Broad IT experience, typically 10-18 years in fast-moving delivery organizations
• Advanced product management expertise covering product life cycle, product roadmap, and product vision
• Hands-on comfort with data analysis and the flexibility to use AI tools when appropriate
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and iterative planning
• Strong stakeholder management capability to build trust and handle organizational sensitivities effectively
• Technical fluency in systems integration, APIs, backend, and data to evaluate trade-offs and set priorities
• Track record of risk and dependency management, proactively identifying blockers and cross-team dependencies
• Ability to perform well in ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities across different problem domains
