About EMS Unlimited

EMS Unlimited (Event Medical Solutions Unlimited, LLC) is a paramedic-owned ground ambulance company founded in 2012. We provide Advanced Life Support (ALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Critical Care Transport (CCT) services, agency staffing, special events and wildfire/disaster response. We believe the best care comes from crews who feel like family, take pride in the work, and show up to do it again tomorrow.

You'll deliver the full BLS scope — patient assessment, airway and oxygen therapy, bleeding control, splinting, and CPR/AED — alongside your Paramedic partner, under Nebraska protocols and Medical Director standing orders, with the training and support to do the job right.
