About the Role
Our client, a nationally recognized law firm with a premier employment law practice, is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney (5th–6th year) to join its New York office.
This role is ideal for an experienced employment litigator with strong substantive litigation skills and the ability to independently manage sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment. The practice focuses on high-profile employment disputes and counseling matters for sophisticated employer-side clients.
The ideal candidate will bring strong drafting and advocacy skills, strategic litigation judgment, and experience managing complex employment matters through all phases of litigation.
Key Responsibilities

Handle employment litigation matters from case development through resolution

Discovery-related materials

Employment litigation filings

Manage and oversee all phases of discovery

Conduct witness interviews and support workplace investigations

Assist with litigation strategy and case assessment

Required Qualifications

5–6 years of experience in employment litigation
