Forge Recruitment is partnering with a respected Toronto litigation boutique to find its next Associate.
About the Company
Our client is a well-established litigation boutique in downtown Toronto with a strong reputation in employment law. The firm has built its practice on quality work and long-standing client relationships. Associates work closely with senior counsel, get meaningful responsibility early.
About the Role
You will work directly with the firm's Senior Partner on employment litigation matters, with a structured progression toward managing your own files independently. You will also have the support of a legal assistant for your practice.
The Offer
- $130,000–$160,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
- Health and dental benefits
- Paid vacation
- Hybrid schedule with up to 2 days work-from-home per week
- Direct mentorship from a senior practitioner and a clear path to file ownership
What You Bring
- 4–6 years of post-call litigation experience; member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Employment law experience preferred; strong civil litigators will be considered
- Sharp drafting and advocacy skills with sound, practical judgment
- A client-first mindset and the ambition to grow a long-term practice
