For this project, we are looking for committed individuals who want to work with us to make a difference at the interface between energy and buildings and are willing to take on responsibility.In your role as Senior Specialist Planner HVAC (m/f/d), you will assume technical responsibility for the planning and implementation of innovative energy and building technology solutions - with a focus on heat pumps, cooling systems, heat distribution and central supply systems, in new and existing buildings.

• You will plan building technology systems in accordance with HOAI - in particular cost groups 410, 420 and 430 - independently and professionally.
• You will technically design and dimension heat pumps, cooling systems, local heating networks, storage tanks and hydraulic systems.
• You check external specialist plans for quality, coordinate them in the project team and represent empact in the role of technical client representative.
• You will draw up performance specifications, support tenders and actively participate in the awarding of contracts.
• You work integratively with our internal teams from project development, conception and project realization.
• You clarify complex technical issues, advise project participants and accompany your projects through to commissioning and handover to operations.

• You have a degree in supply engineering, energy and building services engineering, process engineering or a comparable qualification.
• You have relevant professional experience in the planning of demanding HVAC projects - ideally with a focus on central energy supply and heat pump systems.
• You have a good understanding of the integral interrelationships of technical building services and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams.
• You want to further develop technical standards and actively contribute to a climate-neutral heat supply.
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner - and maintain an overview even in complex project phases.
