**What We're Looking For:**
- User-first mindset: you instinctively advocate for users, building trust and loyalty in every interaction
- Crystal-clear communicator: whether it's a concise chat reply or a detailed bug report, you communicate warmly, clearly, and precisely
- Bias for improvement: constantly looking for smarter, scalable ways to improve support systems and processes
- AI tools experience: strong technical understanding and comfort with AI tools such as Emergent
- Technical curiosity: comfortable with modern SaaS tools, APIs, and debugging workflows at a basic level
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. Other degrees are welcome if you can demonstrate strong technical aptitude, curiosity, and excellent communication skills

- Provide delightful support: solve user problems with speed, warmth, and clarity
- Debug and resolve: dive deep on technical issues and implement fixes when needed
- Curate insights: spot patterns in feedback and share actionable insights with the team
- Improve docs and automation: keep documentation fresh and help refine support automation
- Be the voice of the customer: ensure user feedback drives product direction
