ERS ELITE is seeking ahighly motivated and experienced Veteran Recruiter/Sourcer to join our team. This role is designed foractive-duty military personnel transitioning to civilian careers through theDOD SkillBridge Program.

As aVeteran Recruiter/Sourcer, you will play a vital role in identifying, recruiting, and connecting skilledveterans with rewarding careers asautomotive technicians. You will developstrategic partnerships, engage withveteran organizations, and promotecareer opportunities in the automotive industry.

Thisremote position offers an excellent opportunity to gainrecruitment experience, build astrong network, and contribute to the success of veterans transitioning into civilian careers.

Mandatory Qualifications:

āœ”Active-Duty Military Status – Must be currently serving andeligible for the DOD SkillBridge Program.

āœ”180 Days or Less of Service Remaining – Applicants must havesix months or less left in the military to qualify.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

āœ”Recruiting or Sourcing Experience – Prior experience intalent acquisition orrecruiting is preferred.

āœ”Military Occupational Specialty Knowledge – Familiarity withautomotive and mechanical military job roles is a plus.

āœ”Automotive Industry Knowledge – Understanding oftechnical skills required for automotive technician roles.

āœ”Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Ability toengage with veterans, hiring managers, and industry partners.

āœ”Adaptability & Problem-Solving – Ability tomultitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

āœ”Team Player – Strongcollaborative mindset to work effectively withcross-functional teams.
