As a District Sales Manager you would be responsible for performing salesmanagementtasks relatedto the productMounjaroin a givengeographical area, achieving sales goals through the implementation of the drug's strategy.Â
Main responsibilities:
Achievingsalestargets, participating inplan distribution and spatialplanningÂ
Optimize CustomerTargeting Strategy bycontinuously reviewing and updatingcustomer target lists to ensure strategic alignment, maintaining a balanced mix of regular (core) and dynamic (growth/opportunity) customersÂ
Implementing theactivitiesdefined inthe marketingplan and coordinating it from the sales sideÂ
Definingtheframeworkof the salesprocess andadhering to theset goals (SPP)Â
Creating salesforecasts, analyzing sales dataÂ
Managing thework ofmedicalvisitorsworkingin the field onateam and individual level, coaching, developing, motivating and evaluating representativesÂ
Participation in the work of a multi-functional brand team based on cooperationÂ
Managing the sales budget,adhering to the defined limitsÂ
Liaising with other functional units (marketing, finance, compliance, market research, medical department, etc.)Â
Participation in the Customer Dialogue Planning processÂ
Ad-hoc participation in projects and coordination of projects as neededÂ
Participation in the selection process of new employeesÂ
Coach sales representatives in the fieldÂ
Role model best practices (i.e. message delivery, product knowledge, etc.);Â
Provide recommendations to area management team on merit increases/promotions and communicate the decision to sales representativesÂ
Identify training needs and develop a training planÂ

Inspire and motivate sales representatives Â

Address important problems and difficult issuesÂ
