What we expect from your skills & knowledge:

Experience designingSaaS products(web and mobile applications) with understanding ofbusiness context — you know why the product exists and who it serves
Product thinkingmindset — you can connect design decisions to user needs and business goals, participate in discovery, and contribute beyond the screen
Strong command ofdesign principles, typography, composition, and interaction patterns— and the ability toframe a problem before jumping to solutions
Experience building and working withindesign systems
Confident inFigma as your primary tool and useAIas part of how you design — for research, synthesis, and prototyping
Direct experience communicating with English-speaking clients (founders, PMs, technical stakeholders) — Clear written and spokenEnglish | B2+
You canpresentandexplain your design decisions, give and takefeedbackconstructively, andask the right questions early at kickoff to keep the work aligned
Ability toindependently drive the design process, proactivelyidentifyrisks, andmake informed designdecisions.
Soft skills — Emotional intelligence, self-direction, and a sense of humor

Familiarity with front-end concepts / design frameworks

Main tasks:

Own product design end-to-end for your clients — from discovery and problem definition to polished UI and developer handoff.
Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals, user needs, and priorities.
Facilitate product discovery activities, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality designs.
Present, explain, and defend design decisions while incorporating feedback from clients and teammates.
Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
Validate solutions, iterate based on feedback, and continuously improve the user experience.
Prepare production-ready designs and provide developers with clear specifications and documentation.
