About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business and a recruitment expert, supporting hiring across various locations in Poland.
In this role, you will play a key role in attracting top talent and shaping our Talent Acquisition strategy through digital tools, data insights, and employer branding initiatives.
You will build strong partnerships with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders, helping them navigate a competitive talent market and make informed hiring decisions. What you will do
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be at the forefront of building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes across the business. You will lead recruitment activities for a broad range of positions mainly, but not limited to our Wrocław office and Electrolux manufacturing sites, with a particular focus on Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and other operational functions.
In detail you will:
Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders across functions and locations in Poland.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on talent market trends, hiring strategies, candidate assessment, and recruitment best practices.
Build and manage talent pipelines using tools such as Phenom CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and LinkedIn Talent Insights.
Proactively source and engage top talent, creating diverse talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support informed hiring decisions.
Drive requisitions in Workday, craft compelling job ads, identify and assess talent, and guide stakeholders through every stage of the recruitment process.
Drive stakeholder alignment and maintain recruitment momentum through excellent communication, persistence, and proactive follow-up.
Contribute to strengthening the Electrolux employer brand through outstanding candidate experience and innovative sourcing strategies.
Use data and recruitment metrics to identify opportunities, improve hiring outcomes, and influence decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements
Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
Expert in full-cycle recruitment including, but not limited to, sourcing, networking, assessing, job analysis, market mapping, salary trends, relationship management, offer preparation, and offer extension.
Previous experience recruiting for Supply Chain, Logistics, R&D and Operations roles across both office and manufacturing environments will be a huge asset.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, influence decision-making, manage expectations, and confidently engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of successfully navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments, including effective time management, independent working, prioritization, and consistently delivering results against deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative yet assertive approach and the confidence to challenge constructively when required.
International mindset gained through working with diverse cultures and stakeholders across different functions and organizational levels.
Digitally savvy, with solid MS Office skills; experience with Workday and Phenom CRM is a plus.
Where you will be
The preferred location for this role is Olawa. We are also open to considering Wrocław or Kraków as alternative locations for the successful candidate.
