About the job:Â
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RTR Accountant /Senior Accountant to support General Ledger activities for the USA region. This role is ideal for a proactive finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and is committed to delivering high-quality financial processes.Â

What you'll do:Â
In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Working closely with internal stakeholders and reporting to the RTR Team Leader, you will enhance processes, uphold high data quality standards, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting within an international environment.Â
 Â
Your main responsibilities will include:Â
Performing General Ledger accounting activities with a focus on accuracy and complianceÂ
Conducting balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepanciesÂ
Preparing and posting journal entries, including month-end accrualsÂ
Supporting period-end closing activities in line with corporate timelinesÂ
Managing Fixed Assets accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and reconciliationsÂ
Maintaining high data quality standards and ensuring timely reportingÂ
Building and sustaining strong relationships with internal stakeholdersÂ
Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvementÂ

Qualifications & ExperienceÂ
Very good command of English (spoken and written)Â
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)Â
Solid accounting knowledge, including the ability to prepare financial statementsÂ
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Finance or AccountingÂ
Advanced MS Excel skills (mandatory)Â
Experience working with SAPÂ
Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite is a strong advantageÂ
Availability to work afternoon/second shift hours for up to 7 days per monthÂ
