How you’ll make an impactÂ
As a Relationship Manager, Agriculture Business Financing, you’ll manage relationships with local producers and be responsible for a developing loan portfolio. You’ll work to tailor financing packages to meet your customers’ needs, including both lending and non-lending products, and help them succeed.Â
You’ll be part of a team that works closely with other departments at FCC. Together, you’ll cultivate long-term partnerships, share knowledge and contribute to a culture of learning, innovation and customer-centricity. Â

What you’ll doÂ
Work with customers to build financing packages that meet their business needsÂ
Be accountable for the execution of loans, including sales, loan structure, gathering and preparing financial documentation, securing approvals, and collaborating with internal teams to successfully complete financingÂ
Build relationships with FCC customers and internal partnersÂ
Look for opportunities to build your loan portfolioÂ
Travel to customer farms and offices to understand their business needs and provide tailored supportÂ
Analyze customer financial informationÂ
Create, process and approve new credit facilitiesÂ
What you’ll bring to the teamÂ
Required qualifications:Â
A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, commerce or a related fieldÂ
Minimum one year of related experience in ag finance, lending, credit analysis, business development or sales (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)Â
Experience communicating financial information or recommendations clearly to customers or internal partnersÂ
Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partnersÂ
Valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel for customer meetingsÂ
Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environmentsÂ
Preferred qualifications: Â
Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, agricultural or advisory settingÂ
